Founded in Dubai, UAE, MOONRAY PARTNERS JLT is an established determined entity that has teamed up with international experts in education with decades of experience to establish and operate high quality schools and educational institutes in the MENA region and beyond. MOONRAY PARTNERS personnel and associates include accomplished professionals in international education.

• MOONRAY PARTNERS’s management team and associates have previously established and managed a number of schools following the IB, the Arabic, the American and the British curriculum in the MENA region. Our vision of educational excellence is based on the implementation of internationally renowned western curricula, in association with world- class schools and universities.
• The latest project accomplishment was Brighton College UK 2011- 2012 academic year initiative in Abu Dhabi. In 2008 – 2009, Brighton College UK has produced the best A-Level results on any co-ed school in the UK and was chosen to be the 2011 Times school of the year. Appointed by Bloom Properties, MOONRAY PARTNERS’s co-founder CEO, previously closed a deal with Brighton College UK in 2009 to open a sister school in Abu Dhabi. He set up and project managed Brighton College Abu Dhabi, which eventually opened its doors successfully in September 2011, for its new 650 students chosen among 1700 student applications. Prince Andrew from the UK, Abu Dhabi Royal Family Members Senior Management team inaugurated Brighton College Abu Dhabi in 2011.
• Last year, and as part of the Malaysian Government initiative, MOONRAY PARTNERS have been approached by the Office of the Prime Minister and have successfully completed the contractual agreements, licensing requirements and groundwork project set up and management, of a UK based top British sister school project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• MOONRAY PARTNERS’s founders, management team and associates’ previous British schools’ individual clients obtain and maintain accreditation with (CIS) the Council of International Schools - UK. Their American schools’ clients obtain and maintain accreditation with (MSA) the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools – US, both the CIS and MSA are leading world class accrediting organization for international schools.
• In consultation with prospective owners and through its relationship with international architects/engineers, MOONRAY PARTNERS is able to obtain an aesthetically appealing and highly functional conceptual design for any new school campus project at relatively low cost.
• Through its unique ability to recruit teachers globally, MOONRAY PARTNERS will help interview and select outstanding teachers for its international schools.
• MOONRAY PARTNERS maintains special relationships with the producers and vendors of educational materials, furniture and equipment for international schools, giving MOONRAY PARTNERS the benefit of a high discounts on these items. MOONRAY PARTNERS is able to select the most suitable materials, furniture, and equipment, and is able to procure them for the school at low cost.
